Interview
Within a few days of applying I had an initial phone screen with the hiring manager and received first invite to come onsite. I went onsite 2 separate times for only half hour interviews with the hiring manager, and then the CFO. After the interviews, I was told I'd receive confirmation if I was to receive the offer or not by a certain date, but the next time I was contacted it was to obtain references. Once the reference checks were done, it took about another week to conclude the interview process. References were asked about weaknesses and other related traits. Overall the process was easy and the team was pleasant, I just was a little disappointed with the time it took to make a decision, especially after references were asked for.

Interview
The process took about a week. A few days after applying, a phone screen was scheduled with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was very pleasant over the phone. I was invited for an in-person interview a few days after. Spent about 45 mins with the hiring manager who was also pleasant in person. I was given a tour at the end which I appreciated. I haven't heard back from the hiring manager and the role has been taken down. So it's safe to say the role has been filled or they've decided to put a hold on hiring for this role. It would have been nice to receive some sort of follow-up.
