I overall had 2 interviews, one with the manager and one with the AVP. it was quick and easy. It also was not so detailed about the role and more about customer service role and previous role history.

Interview
I received a timely email response regarding my application with an invitation for a phone interview appointment. Although we had agreed upon a time, the manager was not actually available when I reached her office. However, she called be back within 15 minutes and apologized for the delay. Her questions were through and not extremely pressing nor judgmental. I was pleased that she had a high energy personality and genuinely engaged in an actual conversation.

The interview was very comfortable and relaxed. Questions were easy to understand. The hiring process took about a week to do. Fingerprints, background check and drug test. Overall it was easy
