Very easy atmosphere, they did not pry or try to stump me. They want to ensure you are a good fit and does a great job with making a trusting environment.

Describe how you handled an issue with a coworker in the past.
Phone interview with HR, director interview and then a team group interview all over the span of 2-3 weeks. Group interview was interesting and not too difficult. I think most people would be fine with the process.

First was a screening call that lasted 30 mins. Second was a panel interview where I sat on a Zoom call with 4 other people each asking questions. Everyone was really nice but it does get intimidating all 4 screens looking at you.
