Stage 1 – Complete an online behaviour assessment and record videos answering questions to demonstrate your skills and suitability for the role.
Stage 2 – Participate in an online group interview with other candidates to assess teamwork and communication.
Stage 3 – Attend an in-person store presentation interview, where you will showcase your ability to present information and interact with people.
