Not very well organised, no one knew where to send me. Once I found the interviewer and had the interview, I was told I "passed the interview" and that I'd hear back in a few days, only to be ghosted for three weeks and then receive an "unfortunately".

Initially went and the last candidate overran (i waited for 40 minutes extra) so my interview got moved to next week. Original interviewer wasn't available so a colleague performed it. They could not find the interview sheet so had to come up with questions on the spot and get my details again. I was a bit annoyed but I think the interview was okay.
