The interview process was very straightforward, professional, and welcoming. It started with a brief introduction about the store's values and the expectations for the role, followed by a one-on-one conversation with the manager. We mainly discussed my previous experience, my flexibility for shifts, and how I would handle different customer service scenarios on the shop floor. It felt more like a friendly conversation than a rigid formal interrogation, which made me feel very comfortable.

Completed an online assessment and was then invited to an in person one to one interview focusing on scenarios and describing times I had demonstrated key skills. Then found out I had been offered the role a week later.
