- applied online on the M&S jobs website - completed right to work on an app they provided - went in person and let someone know I had an interview and signed in

It was quite easy and quick. I got taken to a room and asked a few questions and then asked about my availability. I heard back by the end of the week.

Online application, with online tests and customer service tests / questions all easy to answer. Few hours later I was told I was successful and asked book a time for an interview, (given a series of dates and times ) attended the interview a couple of days later and was offered the job at the time
