The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Marks & Spencer
Interview
I was taken to a room in the back of the store, it was a two part interview. The first part I was given a fake job role, out my interviewer outlined what I was to do and they left the room for a few minutes while I prepared my self. I was given 5 sheets of paper and I had to memorise the info and then 'sell' them to my interviewer when he returned. They played the role of a customer.
If you pass that stage, they then call another person to ask you another set of questions. These questions. After that, they go out and have a little chat and come back in and tell you whether or not you have the job.
