I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Marks & Spencer (Brighton, England) in Jun 2016
Interview
It was pretty straightforward. After passing the online questionnaire I was allocated an interview slot. When I arrived, they took me into a room to wait for the interviewer. Once she arrived, she took me to the interview room. First she asked me to tell her a bit about myself and told me about the role play exercise. This wasnt too bad and once that was over she left for about 10mins and someone else came in and gave me a proper interview.

Interview
Initially went and the last candidate overran (i waited for 40 minutes extra) so my interview got moved to next week. Original interviewer wasn't available so a colleague performed it. They could not find the interview sheet so had to come up with questions on the spot and get my details again. I was a bit annoyed but I think the interview was okay.
