When I arrived they seemed to not be expecting me. Left me waiting for 15 minutes whilst they got themselves sorted. Showed me to a room where they gave me instructions for the role play and left me for another 15 minutes whilst i read through, made notes and prepared myself. Then someone came in and sat in the corner taking notes and another person played the role of customer. Simple role play about a customer not finding what they want and you have to try to sell them other items and Intice them to buy special offers Etc I was then left for another 15minutes whilst they gave me my feedback form that I had to fill in. They came back and told me I was unsuccessful. Entire interview just based on the role play and nothing else taken into account. I thought really unfair. They said I should of asked more questions about what the customer wanted although I used all of the props and seemed to get everything the customer asked for and more. They said I could apply again in 6 months, no thanks!!
