Upon arriving 20 minutes early, I was promptly dispatched into a tiny closet room and began the questionnaire. Finishing that I completed the Role Play (some rubbish about soup), then told immediately I had got the job.

A genuinely lovely interview experience. They were very warm, friendly, and easy to speak with, which made me feel comfortable almost immediately. The conversation flowed naturally and felt much more human and relaxed than I expected. Although I wasn’t selected for the role, I left with a very positive impression of the team.

They asked about my general work experience, even outside of the specific sector. I appreciated that they acknowledged the value of all kinds of experience and seemed genuinely interested in understanding me as a person rather than only focusing on directly related roles.
