There were roughly 3 stages of the interview itself. First the manager showed me around the area I will be working to give me a rough idea of the store and the space. The interview began with picking, I was given cards which had items written on them and I had to pick and order them into groups and by date. The manager usually gives you 5 minutes and leaves the room so your free to work without pressure. Second stage included a scenario section where they just get an idea of the type of person you are and what you would do in a certain scenario. Third is just a short informal interview where they as why you would like to work for us etc..
