Really good experience! Started with short role play. You're given information which provides details about the scenario and can use them during role play. Then actual interview which again was thorough and based on you as a person. It's best to just be yourself but remember what you think they are looking for. Overall the whole application took 3.5 hrs and was totally worth it.
