I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marks & Spencer in Oct 2016
Interview
I was initially nervous about the interview due to it being role-playing, but the woman who interviewed me was friendly and made the process less intimidating. This was a roleplay where I was the assistant to someone who needed help finding meals for a family meal, with some special requirements. This including memorising an offer and certain options that were in-stock and out of stock, which wasn't as bad as it initially sounded.
Afterwards, another woman came in for a more traditional interview style, but this was also quite casual and wasn't intimidating. There were around 6 questions asked and then I was offered the position after a short wait after this.

Interview
Initially went and the last candidate overran (i waited for 40 minutes extra) so my interview got moved to next week. Original interviewer wasn't available so a colleague performed it. They could not find the interview sheet so had to come up with questions on the spot and get my details again. I was a bit annoyed but I think the interview was okay.
