I had to do a roleplay interview. I was given several flash cards by the interviewer, to help assist me during the roleplay interview & left in the room for 10 minutes to look at them, I then had to pretend to be a customer assistant, assisting a customer (my interviewer) in the shop (in the interview office). I was then left again, after being told by my interviewer, if she would either return alone, or with a manager
