did a situational judgment online test which was fairly easy. than was invited into store and had a role play the manager showed me a magazine and I had to try and sell sale products, it was fairly easy. at the end I had a 1 to 1 and they asked typical questions ie why do you want to work for us etc and what experience I had, how flexible was I , what do I believe is team work. what is good customer service.
