The interview was positive and straightforward. Took approximately 30 minutes in a store room, followed by a tour of the shop floor. The interviewer was approachable and friendly and asked for my availability.

Application with CV followed by Online process with assignment Uploaded birth cert etc Got an email to arrange an interview. Interview was an hour long, had to sell them a product that they picked, Had 10 mins to prepare. Questions were your general interview questions. The interviewee didn't know anything about me so obviously handed even seen my CV.
