Easy interview, mainly personal questions. They also asked questions about school and ran through a few example situations that might occur whilst on the job. They finished the interview by asking me to try and upsell items from their product catalogue.
A quick video call and a few questions were sufficient for the interview. Salary and schedule were discussed as well. It was a one to one interview and the interviewer was friendly. It was a casual interview.

I applied via LinkedIn and it was a straightforward process. It was mostly automated, however, it was difficult to know who to contact to request information. The questions weren't difficult and anyone who has received service and can describe the kind of service they'd expect can nail it.
