I was taken to one of the company's offices above the shop floor and had a short interview which only lasted around 15 minutes. There were lots of questions about customer service and how you would add to the customer team.

Very informative, easy interview, comfortable setting one to one , friendly and easy to speak to. After the interview they offered me the job on the spot. There will a series of customer service scenarios that they will ask you to run through, just answer honestly
