Quite an informal interview, although that was the name of it. It was relatively easy, not the hardest questions and I did manage to pass it, however they may say you passed the interview, but didn’t get the job which is what happened to me.

Tell me about yourself. (Not entirely sure if it was with this wording, but I remember from the first question that’s all I was doing).
Applied to the store, asked to come in for an interview, at the interview I was asked numerus questions about my background and experience. Then I had the chance to ask any questions I had about the role.

Wasn’t notified that ID was needed even though I was told at the beginning it was fine and the interviewer seemed like they didn’t want to be there or interview me because of my age

Applied and had to complete a form and then a online assessment with situations and scenarios which took approximately 45 mins. The scenarios included selecting the most appropriate reponses to customers and coworkers and some critical thinking.
