easy sit down chat getting to know the candidate standard questions like why would you want to work for m and s and other housekeeping questions about shift patterns. I liked how informal it was, it allowed me to relax and just treat the interiew like a conversation, which was nice.
Based on a quiz i did not get offered a interview it decided i was not a peoplr person based on a quiz i find that very bizare how that can determined if you are suited or not
The interview was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a positive atmosphere. I felt comfortable discussing my qualifications and answering questions. Overall, the interview process was efficient and professional.
