In-store interview with manager with questions about why I want to work for M&S, interest in retail, how might I deal with a difficult customer etc, followed by trial shift where a floor supervisor follows me around as I restock/do putbacks on the shop floor, greet customers, and do standards
Applied to the store, asked to come in for an interview, at the interview I was asked numerus questions about my background and experience. Then I had the chance to ask any questions I had about the role.

Wasn’t notified that ID was needed even though I was told at the beginning it was fine and the interviewer seemed like they didn’t want to be there or interview me because of my age
