The overall interview process was very laid back and the hiring team made us feel very comfortable and confident. The entire interview was based on your personality and how you would use it to work in a retail setting. You also need to know about the company, product knowledge and history of the company as well.

Online application via LinkedIn, then in person interview, you needed to find ways to improve the store before hand, e.g better signage, clothing rails not in walkways, disabled access, then received a phone call offer
Face to face interview with manager, asks about 6 or 7 questions from booklet relating to customer service and previous employment or flexibility. Most of these are very basic "tell me about a time" questions, and they dont have to be job related
