Interview
Was instructed by email beforehand to walk around the department store and observe four things I think could be improved upon - and was then asked to relay these in the interview.
Was asked a few other questions by the cafe manager before being taken down to the cafe for a surprise trial shift.
This lasted around 15 minutes and involved being shown how to clean tables and then going around the cafe doing so and conversing with customers whilst being observed by the manager.
