I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Marriott International in Sep 2019
Interview
Super intense and quick! The first round was at my university with two Directors of F&B from nearby locations. Typical STAR questions. One asked the questions, one was the scribe. For the next round, I was sent a competency test asking basic questions about my skill sets. Next, I moved to a video interview, where I had to record myself answer about 4 questions and submit my responses. The next round was an interview with a HR manager at a location. I did not make it past that one.
