I applied via snag a job. I called and spoke to hiring manager and asked for an interview. I came into store and told a cashier I had an interview with the manager. They paged him and I waited by the entrance. I had my interview and he told me he'd be in touch after he called my reference. He called me next day telling me I'm hired and to come the following Friday for orientation. I went for orientation and there was just one other girl. We watched some videos on shrink and store policies and learned more about the TJX company. Then I took a quick quiz together with the other girl. It was super easy if you listened to the video. Then we filled out some paperwork, made a call for some government eligible stuff, got our id #'s and a lock and locker and our schedule for the following week. I had to fill out the paper application because I had done it online so I would suggest filling it out in paper and not online since they make you fill it out twice if you do it via snag a job.
