I had a first interview on the phone where the manager asked me about my previous work experience, what did I like of my previous jobs, asked about one time I made a mistake and how I dealt with it and one time I got god customer service. Then I went for a second interview in person where the manager asked me why marshalls and ask a few more information about my previous experience. In both interviews they were willing to answer any questions I had

Cool process, nothing to worry about. Go in and be your best self. It was a fairly simple process more of a nice conversation, but still prepare I would say. Best tip I have is just have eye contact

Asked what availability I have for part time seasonal work. Asked about historical job experience, how to handle specific tasks, asked for references. Asked if you can lift to a certain weight and stock items etc.

Pretty short and straight to the point. Ask you basic scenarios, past work experiences, all that good stuff. They also ask technical questions like are you a us citizen and what not. But overall super easy.
