I was emailed for the initial screening with the recruiter, who seemed unenthusiastic and like she was just going through the motions. Was then given a second email with more enthusiasm stating that I was chosen to proceed with the second round of interviews. Never heard back following that 2nd interview, not even an automated email. After inquiring, I was told sometimes applicants “slip through the cracks”. Very unprofessional interview process for such a well established and large company, especially during a pandemic when people are working very hard to secure a job and taking their valuable time to go through multiple interview processes. Bad experience.

Total of 7 rounds of interviews between hr, the hiring manager, director, VP and lateral team members and their leadership. 2 months of length from when I applied to getting an offer. The process felt quite long and a bit of stressful but went pretty smooth
