The process took 1 day. I interviewed at McKinsey & Company in Aug 2010
Interview
Took the 1hr problem solving test, which comprises 3 business cases with a total of 26 multiple choice questions. Time is a huge constraint as you need to spend a fair amount of time reading the case, digesting the exhibits and questions, and running the numbers (without calculator). The test starts with some sample questions, which you should take note of but quickly skip to the actual questions to save time. I found the first case to be the most difficult, the second to be less difficult and the third was the easiest. If one had known this beforehand, one could work backwards, starting from the third case. I barely finished the test with a couple of minutes left.

Question 1
The first case was about a seafood restaurant company. Sales of shrimp forms its main stream of revenue.

Application, solve game then PEIs. nsure your stories are personal, specific, and demonstrate clear impact. McKinsey interviews are often interviewer-led, which means you need to be prepared to be guided through the case rather than leading it yourself.
I interviewed at McKinsey & Company (Moscow, Moskva)
Interview
Slow, and the HR was a bit arrogant which overall complicated the whole process. I would recommend it if only you have plenty of time on your hands. They also should be more polite and less looking down on potential employees.

Interview
Had one round of HR screening interview before the actual case interview. The HR interview was quite chill, just some motivational questions. The case interview was hard, and the interviewer was not very nice.
