Mears Transportation Group interview questions

There is no interview. It's basically an orientation, they Manager will explain what the position entails, will go over the benefits and the positions, and offer you a job on the spot. If you're breathing they will hire you. They're 100 drivers short all the time. I wasn't asked one question. I should have been asked why are you wanting to work here, you are extremely over qualified. But they need people so bad they'll hire anyone.

I was hired on the spot; manager was very impressed with how early I was for the interview. She kindly asked me if I had any tattoos or piercings (seeing how they are not allowed to be showed)
