I was contacted by a recruiting agency and the interview was set up easily. There was only one interview with the HR coordinator and the senior recruiter. The communication lines were very open throughout the entire process and they were quick to answer an email. The interview was conducted in a professional manner and they were both very welcoming.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Medisca in Oct 2013
Interview
I sent in my resume by e-mail and received a phone call that day for a pre-screen interview of about 5 mins over the phone. The questions were more general and included if I`m currently employed, why this specific position, are the weekly hours ok, salaray expectation range, and why that department. I was then asked to attend a face-to-face interview the following week where i met with two people from the HR department. It was around 25 minutes, and the questions were situational, in regards to what I would do in a particular interview situation, strengths and weaknesses, as well as going over the pre-screen questions again but in person. Lastly was a face-to-face interview with the HR manager where similar questions were asked, as well as what would your current manager say about you, why you over other candidates. There was then a reference check, and an online quiz to analyze how you would act in certain situations.
