Medisca Recruiter interview questions

I sent in my resume by e-mail and received a phone call that day for a pre-screen interview of about 5 mins over the phone. The questions were more general and included if I`m currently employed, why this specific position, are the weekly hours ok, salaray expectation range, and why that department. I was then asked to attend a face-to-face interview the following week where i met with two people from the HR department. It was around 25 minutes, and the questions were situational, in regards to what I would do in a particular interview situation, strengths and weaknesses, as well as going over the pre-screen questions again but in person. Lastly was a face-to-face interview with the HR manager where similar questions were asked, as well as what would your current manager say about you, why you over other candidates. There was then a reference check, and an online quiz to analyze how you would act in certain situations.

I had a great experience during my interview process with Medisca. The 2 people who interviewed me were extremely professional and seemed very welcoming. The questions were also very relevant to the position at hand.
