I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Medtronic in Nov 2024
Interview
I went through three rounds of interviews. The process started with a screening interview with HR, which included standard behavioral questions. A week later, I had a conversation with a senior HR representative who provided more details about the role and team. Two weeks after that, I had a panel interview where I discussed my experience in depth.
Up to that point, everything seemed to be going well. However, after the final interview, I received no follow-up. I reached out for an update a month later but never got a response. Another month passed with no communication. Unfortunately, it seems I was ghosted.
Very quick and straight forward, good people that made me feel relaxed
Good introduction to the company and the job description
Starting for a lovely HR to very professional interviewers the process was very smooth and made me want to work for this company
