The process took 1 day. I interviewed at MemoryBlue (Fairfax, VA) in Jan 2012
Interview
I received a phone call and the interview began promptly without any introduction. I did not know the name of the company or the business until the interview was about 15 minutes underway. The entire process was rushed and it did not seem to be very well thought out. the questions were so open ended that they did not require a direct answer, and during the entire process it did not seem like any answers provided did an accurate job of answering the questions. Somehow, however, through this process and the filling out of a sales metric it was determined I was a good target for the position, although I have no idea how.
