I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MemoryBlue (San Jose, CA) in Nov 2023
Interview
The interview process was extremely seamless. There was one interview with the HR individual you are paired up with (mine was amazing), then two individual interviews with two managers at your specific location, and finally a mock cold call. I had the option of interviewing online since I attended the in-person open house.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at MemoryBlue (Austin, TX)
Interview
Very long and drawn out. Felt as though they were not organized. Waited around for next round interviews for weeks with no other communication from recruiters. Very unique style of interview focuses a lot on personality rather than qualifications.
