The interview process started off very well. Communication was fast, the HR interview was pleasant and professional, and the interview with the hiring manager was also a positive experience. Everything seemed well organized, and the process moved quickly through the stages. The only point of confusion during the process was the position itself. Different stages of the process referred to the role differently (for example, one interview invitation mentioned Senior Cloud DevOps, while another simply referred to Cloud DevOps). It was only after checking the recruitment portal later that I saw the position listed as Cloud DevOps, so throughout the process I wasn't entirely sure which role I was being evaluated for. The final technical interview felt a bit unusual. I'm still not entirely sure how to evaluate it, but I felt there was a communication gap between me and the interviewer. I often had to ask for questions to be repeated, which made the conversation feel less natural than the previous interviews. Since I had been contacted directly by HR rather than applying through the company's recruitment portal, I expected at least a brief follow-up. Instead, about a month after the technical interview, I happened to discover that my application had been marked as rejected in the recruitment portal. While I wasn't completely ghosted, I never received a direct rejection or any feedback. Overall, the process started on a very positive note, but the lack of clarity about the role and the absence of communication after the final interview left me with a negative overall impression.
