An European recruiter reached out to me on linkedlin. Never provided me enough information about the position or the company. I had no idea what company he was inferred to. The 'interesting' part was: I sent him the resume, he sent me the job description. And it did not match my background at all. Maybe the normal process should have been sending me the description first?? Save the gimmick. Don't waste candidates' time. Additionally, please don't sound like a untrustworthy salesman who tried to sell something cheap.

No questions basically. The recruiter did not even take efforts to learn my background. He only tried to sell the company he presented and made it sound like a palace.
