The first phone interview was with the recruiter and then with the hiring manager. Followed by onsite Panel interview and then IQ test. The onsite interview was one of the worst interview a female can go to. They asked illegal questions. Didn't look serious enough for an interview. They seemed confused if they wanted to hire a system analyst or a programmer. The interviewers were unprofessional and unorganized .
