I was contacted by the store manager in a brief phone interview. The interview focused on my past work experience and the hours/shifts I would be able to work. They were moving the merchandise and displays of one store top a new location; and so the requirements were easy to fulfill, and the interview was not difficult. I was offered the job, however, this was a temporary position.
