Interview
They have a manager sit with you in the classroom and ask you questions. Extremely laid back, I've never met a hard manager since I've worked there. They were very nice and all of the employees there were welcoming and friendly when I initially walked in. They were very impressed by dressing to impress, since this really isn't a job you need to dress up for.

Easy and quick, pretty laid back process. It's an initial phone call to screen/schedule an in person interview and then the in person interview lasted about 15 minutes. Pretty conversational and standard questions.
Fast. Very friendly. Questionnaire!!!! But process goes quick. Manager is friendly and interview went fine. Super friendly conversation. Seasonal is easier to enter. After season is over it is easy to stay as a permanent employee.

Easy questions, asking for availability. Mostly part time coworkers that they were looking for to fill in shifts. You should be knowledgeable in arts and craft suppies. Be enthusiastic and ready to learn
