I was being brief on the fact that I'm a fast learner.
And would get used to having to help maintain and keep up the facility as a whole.
I'm a team worker and will go the extra.

My experience I have as such as maintaining a facility.
Round robin interviews, met with 5-6 people in about 5 hours. One at a time, everyone had a set of questions provided to them by our HR department. Very long and grueling process. Also had to take math test.

They will ask you when you last visitied a Michaels store, and what crafting you are interested in and the last project you worked on. I know of one intereview they actually gave the girl a pen and paper and asked her to draw something. They have also been know to give you a couple of supplies and you had to create something on the spot. Be sure to visit the store and know what depts you are interviewing for.
