They will ask you when you last visitied a Michaels store, and what crafting you are interested in and the last project you worked on. I know of one intereview they actually gave the girl a pen and paper and asked her to draw something. They have also been know to give you a couple of supplies and you had to create something on the spot. Be sure to visit the store and know what depts you are interviewing for.
