Applied online. A week later I got a call. Two days later I went to the interview. It was less than 5 mins and pointless. He only asked me three questions before he started taking about the job duties. But he was really friendly and laid back. He told me he would let me know by the next day. A couple hours after the interview, I got an email of an offer and background check request. The pay isn’t fabulous but it will be my first job so I take what I can get.
Easy and quick, pretty laid back process. It's an initial phone call to screen/schedule an in person interview and then the in person interview lasted about 15 minutes. Pretty conversational and standard questions.
Fast. Very friendly. Questionnaire!!!! But process goes quick. Manager is friendly and interview went fine. Super friendly conversation. Seasonal is easier to enter. After season is over it is easy to stay as a permanent employee.

Easy questions, asking for availability. Mostly part time coworkers that they were looking for to fill in shifts. You should be knowledgeable in arts and craft suppies. Be enthusiastic and ready to learn
