Interview
I was questioned on where I had worked before and after finding out I had an art degree, what my hobbies were. On my first interview, it was the customer experience manager who interviewed me at the time. The second time, it was the store manager. He asked if I would be interested in working in the frame shop. I told him I was, to which he replied that they would train me on the register first and then move me to framing. That's when I found out I was hired and what my hourly wage would start off at.

Question 1
Where I saw myself in a few years. I answered that I was looking to go back to school, which was the honest answer at the time but now, I'm not so sure. It just hit me personally, I suppose.
Just asked me my availability, why I want to work here, and about myself. It was super chill and the manager was nice too. Went in for a day and got shown to the backroom and it was a 10 minute experience. Afterwards they showed me around the store.

Interview
Basic interview processes with questions like how do you work with a team, can you be flexible in your work, the hours you can work, your learnability, a time you dealt with an unhappy customer
The interview was very relaxed but was in a professional setting. Nice managers and co workers. They were very friendly to talk to. Many were eager to answer any questions that I may have about the process or the job itself
