Interview with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager followed by second interview with the District Manager the next day. Offer was made the same day as the DM interview
Easy interview process, met with multiple people, was able to ask questions, got a tour of the store and explained what I would be doing if I got the job.

The interview was the easiest interview I’ve ever had! They asked me 3 questions. They were short staffed so I was hired on the spot. Interview took about 5 minutes.
Very casual one on one interview. Moved up within the company to the current position I am at now. It can be hard to get a management position without working there prior. From my experience the store manager is the one to conduct interviews.
