Very laid back approach and not professional at all. They were upfront with the low wages and that part time on paper only positions were available. The job offer was made after 10 mins of “conversation” which consisted of me mostly describing my previous work at Target.

The basic “ Why do you want to work here? What experience do you have in retail? Are you ok with part time only?”
Easy and quick, pretty laid back process. It's an initial phone call to screen/schedule an in person interview and then the in person interview lasted about 15 minutes. Pretty conversational and standard questions.
Fast. Very friendly. Questionnaire!!!! But process goes quick. Manager is friendly and interview went fine. Super friendly conversation. Seasonal is easier to enter. After season is over it is easy to stay as a permanent employee.
