Interview
I applied and in a few days got a call for in interview. Went to the interview and the lady who was suppose to be interviewing me wasn’t there. I got a new manager who wasn’t prepared. Although, she was very nice and the interview went relatively well, she kept bringing up that they were short staffed and people kept calling out. That was a huge red flag🚩 for me because I’m not trying to work on a skeleton crew that calls me in on my days off. Also she mention that I would have to work basically every position when I applied to be early morning stock and I really want to avoid the register at all cost but that wouldn’t be possible if people call out all the time. She said she would have the lady who was suppose to interview me call me and talk about the pay but I haven’t heard back in almost a week. I wasn’t going to accept the position anyways but I think that’s very telling of the management over at this location.

Applied online and got a call an hour later for an interview the next morning. Went in and waited 15 minutes before seeing the manager, very laid back and simple interview.
