Weird. Wasn’t even a real interview. I was asked if I invested in crypto, my political beliefs and if I thought open carry arms should be legal. At no point in the interview was I asked about my experience as a designer to aid being a framing manager.

sat in the office the store manager and the previous framing manager asked various questions. They talked a lot about the store with out me having to ask any questions. They were very cheerful and friendly and they kind of made it known I had the job before the interview was over

There was a phone conversation, followed up by a interview with 3 managers; store, experience and truck. There was a second interview for the next job up, from framing associate to framing department manager. The second one involved proving a good knowledge of the computer program used to design frames.
