Interview
I applied online and received a phone call a few days later asking to set up an interview. When I got to the store I told an employee that I was here for an interview and she notified the manager. After the manager came back in the store from her break ( I had to wait 10 minutes) she admitted that she forgot my name, despite being the only interview that day. I was lead to the back room, and she looked over my application. She basically just talked about how she liked doing floral crafts and asked about my availability. The interview was interrupted by an employee calling in to cancel her shift, and then the manager trash talked the employee in front of me for calling off.

Just asked me my availability, why I want to work here, and about myself. It was super chill and the manager was nice too. Went in for a day and got shown to the backroom and it was a 10 minute experience. Afterwards they showed me around the store.

The interview was very relaxed but was in a professional setting. Nice managers and co workers. They were very friendly to talk to. Many were eager to answer any questions that I may have about the process or the job itself
