Interview
I was pretty nervous to interview here, thinking that I would have to be super crafty. I like to do some craft stuff, but wouldn't consider myself crafty. Luckily, artsy craftsy is not a requirement. The management seemed to be concerned most by my being reliable, punctual, and a good worker. They seemed very accommodating to my schedule. After a few questions about my availability, I was hired. Maybe the manager is using their gut to figure out if employees will be good workers.
Just asked me my availability, why I want to work here, and about myself. It was super chill and the manager was nice too. Went in for a day and got shown to the backroom and it was a 10 minute experience. Afterwards they showed me around the store.

The interview was very relaxed but was in a professional setting. Nice managers and co workers. They were very friendly to talk to. Many were eager to answer any questions that I may have about the process or the job itself
